About The Facility
The Ordnance Road Correctional Center (ORCC) is the County’s medium security facility for men and women who have been convicted and sentenced to terms up to 18 months. It also holds men and women who are awaiting trial. Ordnance Road Correctional Center offers extensive programming designed to prepare inmates for successful re-entry to the community after they have completed their sentence. The total rated capacity of the Ordnance Road Correctional Center is 540.
How To Visit
Inmates are allowed three 30-minute visits per week, limited to no more than two on each visiting day. Three people are allowed to visit at a time. A visit may be denied if it conflicts with a program in which the inmate is participating.
Inmates are permitted three visits per week with family members or personal friends. The General Visiting Schedule is posted in housing units and is available by calling (410) 222-6350. Visits may be a half hour in duration unless visitation activity is heavy. Up to 2 visitors may visit you at one time.
