Tim Schriver - Director of Juvenile Programming
Tim has formed a solid bond with Mountain Christian Church to support our work in Harford. Mountain provides financial support but more importantly volunteers. The Harford County Detention Center is run by the Sheriff’s Department and is one of the cleanest and safest penal institutions in Maryland. The Chaplain, former Sheriff Paul Cole, is an advocate for the boys and for unCUFFED. We could not serve without his support. Tim has built a reliable, experienced, and dedicated team to love the boys behind bars and when they are released. He has found jobs for several boys and he regularly connects with families during home visits. Tim has made one-on-one mentoring the focus at HCDC and it has borne fruit in long term relationships that start when they are teenagers and continue into adulthood.
